Types of contract

Contracts can be executed in a number of commercial options to suit individual requirements and include:

• Fixed cost (operational labour), with spares and consumables purchased on a cost plus fee basis.
  
• Fixed cost (operational labour), with a variable cost on a rate per plant feed ton.
  
• Overall variable rate per feed ton.

All Minopex operations are run to exacting quality standards and the company proudly boasts an ISO 9001 multi-site certification, meaning ALL present and future Southern African operations managed by Minopex are fully ISO 9001 certified.

Even though each of the company’s operations is set up as an autonomous business unit, through keeping abreast with advances in modern technology, Minopex is able to ensure uniformity of service levels and reporting structures throughout by having all of its operations networked with one another, and to the head office-held databases, by way of a Wide Area Network (WAN) supported by the Telkom national data and voice communication network back-bone.
