Minopex is
committed to the practice and management of its business, in a manner
compatible with the broader goals of environmental legislation according the
OHS ACT, and to the integration of environmental management into all its
activities. Environmental management is thus regarded as a key performance area
for all operational sites.
Health and Safety
Minopex
operations are committed to creating and maintaining a healthy and safe working
environment by managing risk and developing a climate conducive to continuous
improvement in performance.
HIV / AIDS
Minopex is committed to the practice and management of its business in such a
way as to protect the confidentiality and dignity of all persons, the company,
employees and the client.

Minopex
acknowledges the provisions of Clause 8 of the Bill of Rights in the South
African Constitution and those envisaged by the Employment Equity Act No. 60 of
