Company objectives are to:

• Provide an education and awareness programme to ensure that all employees are informed of the facts surrounding HIV/AIDS.
• Supply literature, including the INFORMER a newsletter specifically focused on HIV/AIDS.
• Distribute condoms free of charge.
• Facilitate employees living with HIV/AIDS by providing them with access to the facts necessary to assist them in managing their illness.
• Provide medical aid benefits through specific disease management programmes.
• Provide voluntary counselling and testing by a suitably qualified person and assure confidentiality regarding all medical information of an employee.
• Provision a non-discriminatory working environment, to ensure sufferers are protected from discrimination and victimisation.
